2025 AGM Notice

The Yukon Wild Sheep Foundation Board of Directors hereby gives notice of our Annual General Meeting as follows:

Date: Wednesday, July 16, 2025

Time: 7:30 pm (UTC-7)

Location: Zoom (link to follow prior to AGM)

Prior to the AGM, YWSF is seeking nominations for the Board of Directors. If you are interested in a board position, please send an expression of interest including the position you are interested in, a brief bio, and description of experience that would be an asset to the YWSF to yukonwsf@gmail.com by 4:00 pm (UTC-7) on July 7, 2025. The following positions are up for election this year:

              Secretary/Treasurer – One position, 2-year term

              Director – Up to six positions, four 2-year terms and two 1-year terms

Members must be in good standing as per the bylaws of the Yukon Wild Sheep Foundation to be considered for nomination to the Board and to cast a vote at the AGM. Membership will be notified of the Board nominations for consideration seven days prior to the AGM.

The agenda, zoom link for the meeting, financial report and annual report will be provided to membership at least 24 hours prior to the AGM
